- Full papers must be submitted by 30th September 2025. (Only abstracts will not be accepted).
PAPER/POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Guidelines
- Candidates may submit only one abstract – either for a paper or for a poster presentation (offline mode only; virtual presentations are not allowed).
- Click here to submit your abstract.
- The last date for abstract submission is 30th September 2025.
- Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
NOTE: Abstracts will be reviewed, and participants will be informed about the category (paper/poster).
POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- The abstract of the poster should be strictly on a subject/topic related to cytology.
- The abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract text must not exceed 300 words (excluding title, author(s) name(s), and affiliations).
- The abstract must be submitted under the following headings:
- Title (entire title in capital letters)
- Name and affiliation of each author (the presenting author’s name must be underlined). The presenting author should include their full postal address, mobile number, and email address for correspondence.
- Abstract text should be structured using Times New Roman, size 12 font with the following sections:
- Case Report / Case Series: Introduction, Objectives, Case Report, and Conclusion.
- Original Papers: Introduction, Aim/Objective, Material and Method, Observation/Result, and Conclusion.
- Session timings and other relevant information will be available soon on the website.
- The poster must not have been submitted to other conferences or journals.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- All presentations must be in English.
- Poster size: 4 feet (height) x 3 feet (width) (maximum).
- The content of the poster for a case report or case series should include the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Case Report, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- The title font should be larger than the rest of the text.
- Use of illustrations/images/photographs is highly recommended to present relevant details.
PROFFERED PAPERS
Abstract Submission
- The abstract must be strictly related to the subject/topic of cytology.
- The abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract text must not exceed 300 words (excluding title, author(s) name(s), and affiliations).
- The abstract must be structured as follows:
- Title (entire title in capital letters)
- Name and affiliation of each author (the presenting author’s name must be underlined). The presenting author should provide their full postal address, mobile number, and email address for correspondence.
- The abstract text should follow these headings: Introduction, Aim/Objective, Material and Method, Observation/Result, and Conclusion.
- Case reports and case series are accepted only for poster presentations.
- Session timings and other relevant information will be available soon on the website.
- The paper must not be submitted to other conferences or journals.
Guidelines for Paper Presentation
- All presentations must be in English.
- All presentations must be in the form of Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft Windows 7 or later version).
- The name of the presenter should be included in the file name.
- Each paper is allotted 8 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
- All presenters must adhere strictly to the allotted time limit.
- Disclosure of conflict of interest: Any commercial affiliations or conflicts of interest must be declared at the beginning of the oral presentation by each presenter.
