- Registration
- All attendees must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees prior to attending the conference and CME sessions.
- Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from the event organizers.
- Payment
- Full payment must be received before the start of the event.
- Payment can be made via approved methods outlined on the event registration page.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
- CME certificates will be issued only to attendees who attend the required sessions and complete the feedback/evaluation forms.
- It is the responsibility of the attendee to provide accurate information for certification.
- Code of Conduct
- Delegates are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Event Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, and content without prior notice.
- In case of event postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative arrangement will be communicated.
- Liability Disclaimer
- The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings, travel arrangements, or any incidental costs incurred by delegates.
- Attendance is at the participant’s own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury or illness sustained during the event.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management purposes.
- By registering, attendees agree to receive communication related to the event and future conferences.
- Photography and Media
- The event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, delegates consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

★ Refund Policy for Delegation Fee
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Delegation fees are refundable under certain conditions outlined below.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email).
- Refund Request Deadlines:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made on or before 30th September 2025.
- Partial refunds (e.g., 50% of the delegation fee) will be offered for cancellations made from 1st October to 31st October 2025.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after 1st November 2025.
- Special Circumstances:
- In case of medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, delegates may request an exception to the refund policy. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven working days after the conference (18th November 2025).
- Refunds will be issued only in the online mode.
- Substitutions:
- Delegates unable to attend the event may transfer their registration to another individual by notifying the conference organisers on or before 15th September 2025.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond the organisers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the delegation fee will be refunded or applied to a future event, depending on the circumstances.
