Guidlines for Award Papers

Full papers should be submitted by 15th September 2025 (only abstracts will not be accepted).
Also, please mention your registration number for the conference during the submission.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
• Only one abstract may be submitted per candidate for paper or poster presentation (Offline mode only; virtual presentations are not permitted).
• Submit your abstract by 15th September 2025.
• Registration is mandatory for paper/poster presentation. Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
• All the case reports and case series will be poster presentations only.
• The abstracts submitted as proffered papers will be reviewed, and participants will be informed about their final presentation category (paper/poster).
• While cytology topics are preferred, high-quality submissions from histopathology and haematology will also be considered.
• Abstract must be written in English and not exceed 300 words (excluding title, author names, and affiliations).
Abstract structure:
• CME/ Conference registration number
• Title (in CAPITAL LETTERS)
• Author names and affiliations (underline the presenting author’s name)
• Presenting author’s full contact details (address, phone, email)
• Use Times New Roman, 12-point font
Format:
o For case report and series: Introduction, Objectives, Case Report, and Conclusion
o For proffered papers: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Important Note:
• E-posters should be original and not submitted/presented at other conferences.
• To ensure unbiased evaluation, the E-poster should display only the title and the presenting author’s name. Names of co-authors and institutional affiliations should not appear on the poster itself.
• However, Full author details, including co-authors and affiliations, must be provided at the time of abstract submission. These will be included in the souvenir.
Guidlines for Poster Presentation
Format: Posters should be prepared as E-posters in 16:9 widescreen (landscape) format.
• Structure: Organise the content under the following headings:
o Introduction
o Objectives
o Case Report
o Discussion
o Conclusion
• Design Recommendations:
o Keep text concise and focused—posters are not manuscripts.
o Use large, legible fonts. All text should be easily readable from a distance.
o The title should be in a larger font size than the body text.
o Font recommendation: Times New Roman
o Use high-resolution images (recommended resolution: 300 dpi) for clarity.
o Ensure strong contrast between text and background for readability (e.g., dark text on light background).
o Keep the total file size under 10 MB for a smooth upload and viewing experience.
Guidlines for Oral Presentation
• All presentations must be in English and Microsoft PowerPoint format.
• The filename should include the presenter’s name only. No affiliations of the co-authors’ names should be included.
• The presentation should be under the following headings: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
• Each paper: 8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion.
• Strict adherence to allotted time is mandatory.
• Any commercial affiliations or conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the presentation’s start.
